After having an education and deep professional experience in the field of finance Rüdiger founded during the last 15+ years several digital startups. With IDA he was enthusiastic from the first moment about the purpose to save human lifes and increase the patient´s quality of life and decided to change in the MedTech industry. Besides Klavant Rüdiger loves cycling, gardening and walks along the beaches of the North Sea or doing sports with his kids.
