We are proud to announce that Klavant GmbH has successfully achieved EN ISO 13485 certification of its quality management system by BSI. This important milestone reflects our commitment to quality, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in medical technology development.

The certification marks a significant step forward as we continue developing the IDA-System and working towards MDR conformity assessment and CE marking.

Klavant has successfully completed the KMU-innovativ project and is now further advancing development, verification and documentation in preparation for the next certification steps.

We are delighted to share that Klavant has been selected to participate in the prestigious Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) Berlin program. Founded at the Rotman School of Management in Toronto, CDL has grown into a global network of innovation hubs, helping early-stage start-ups bring transformative ideas to life.

Klavant is part of the Health Stream, which supports start-ups working on transformative and disruptive solutions in healthcare. The program focuses on technologies that can revolutionize the way medical conditions are prevented, diagnosed or treated as well as increasing the accessibility and efficiency of healthcare. This aligns closely with our mission to bring meaningful improvements to the healthcare sector.
